Introduction to Community Housing (ICH) Course

ICH is a six hour course spread over three consecutive weeks. It is essential and mandatory for new members of most co-operatives to attend this course. The ICH course covers all areas of community housing and its management. Participants are given a workbook which demonstrates some of the requirements of managing and being a part of a Community Housing Organisation (CHO).

It helps to develop confidence and make new members feel comfortable about participating in a co-op. A Certificate of Attendance is issued to all members upon completion of the ICH course which new members must have before they become members of a CHO.
